The deadline for adult annual reports is Friday, May 3, 2024 by 5 pm. There are approximately 411 adult annual reports that have not been turned in.
The deadline for June child welfare affidavits is Friday, May 3, 2024 by 5 pm. There are approximately 396 child welfare affidavits still out.
