The Nindakenjigewinoong Research Center is known for its immense collection of historic records and documents. The collection of documents focuses primarily on the bands now identified as the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe of Michigan.

The Research Center is committed to eliminating the perception that the Native American Indian's sovereign nation has dwindled away. We have been recognized that we have existing knowledge and records of immense value that aid us in our continued socio-political development as a sovereign nation. With our vast amount of resources, we have been privileged to assist 6,541 patrons since 2004.
