Registration Information:
How to Register:
A $150.00 per person registration fee is available for all of those who send in their registration and payment by September 5, 2006. After that date, but before September 21, 2006 the conference fee will be $200.00 per person. Any registrations and payments after September 21, 2006 via mail or the day the conference starts (Space based on availability) will be $250.00 per person.

Payment Policy:
All registrations must be paid in advance. Purchase orders do not constitute as advanced payment. The following forms of payment are accepted: check or money order. The cost for the conference is payable in U.S. dollars only.
Scholarship Funding:
If you wish to apply for scholarship funding for the conference, please open this form to submit the required information that will place you in the scholarship application process.

Cancellations and Substitutes:
If you cancel 15 days prior to the first day of the conference, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 15 days prior to the first day of the conference you will receive a conference fee credit less $75.00 processing fee. All cancellations must be confirmed by the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe Social Services Department c/o: Wendy.
Substitutions may be made at any time. Simply contact the Social Service Department and speak to Wendy at 989-775-4901 to make a substitution.
Conference facility:
The conference is being held at the Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort located on M-20 in Mt. Pleasant, MI. Please see the Soaring Eagle Casino link on this website to view other amenities.
Travel and Lodging Expenses:
All travel and lodging charges and arrangements are the responsibility of each participant. A block of 75 first class rooms are reserved at the Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort at the Government rate of $68.00. These are available on a first come first serve basis available for October 17, 18 & 19, 2006. (These blocked rooms are only guaranteed until September 26, 2006) Resort room reservations can be made on-line, please see Hotel Reservation link. There is a link on our webpage that will allow you to research other accommodations in the Mt. Pleasant area if needed.
Confirmations:
Confirmations will be faxed/mailed within 48 hours of registration. Please provide fax number, if available, as this will provide a faster confirmation. If you have any questions regarding your confirmation please feel free to call the Social Services Department and speak to Wendy at: 989-775-4901, Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm. (EST)
Vendor Information:
Individuals and organizations are cordially invited to have exhibit booths/tables for paintings, baskets, jewelry or other products at the conference. Please indicate on the registration form if you are interested and what type of exhibit you will have along with the amount of space needed. (There will be no fee for the exhibitor’s as long as they are attending the conference.)
