Tribal Council appointed terms
The Public Relations Department on behalf of the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe is only accepting requests at this time for donations and not sponsorship. Sponsorship requests will be accepted again at the start of 2011 fiscal year.
The Indian Child Welfare Committee (ICWC) has been established to provide for the welfare of the children of the Tribe. They make recommendations regarding abuse/neglect investigations, out of home placements, licensing, reunifications, adoptions, Tribal Court cases, etc. The ICWC meets at least twice a month with special and/or emergency meetings occurring on occasion.
The following terms are available:
- Two Seven year terms (Expires: 2019)
- Three Five year terms (Expires: 2017)
- Two Two year terms (Expires: 2014)
