PARTICIPATE IN A NEEDS ASSESSMENT STUDY
This project focuses on identifying health disparities among community members of the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe. We are looking to identify gaps in healthcare access and delivery to improve health outcomes and develop education programs.
Participants must be 18 years or older to participate.
