Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) Week 4: April 20 – April 26 - Communities Act Together
Focus: Equipping communities with practical tools and strategies to take collective action in preventing sexual abuse, assault, and harassment.
Please join us for this week’s FREE SAAM event, an Energy Healing Circle – Wednesday, 4/23/25 being offered at Behavioral Health from 5:30-6:30 pm, by the wonderful Debbie Peterson.
What is Energy Healing?
Energy healing is a nonverbal holistic practice that activates the body’s subtle energy systems to remove blockages and promote balance and grounding. Energy healing encourages the body’s inherent ability to heal itself.
Benefits of Energy Therapy: Relaxation, Stress Reduction, Fast Recovery from Injury, Pain Management, Enhanced Immunity, Better Sleep, More Energy, and Improved General Wellness.
