Additionally, please remember the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. This three-digit code—988—is easy to remember and provides 24/7 support for those experiencing suicidal thoughts, a mental health crisis, or any other related emergency. You can call, text, or chat with a trained crisis counselor who is available around the clock, every day of the year.
- 988 offers judgment-free support for mental health, substance use, and more. Just text, call, or chat anytime for help.
For those who prefer text support, you can also reach out to the Crisis Text Line by texting NATIVE to 741741. This connects you with a culturally aware crisis worker who can provide free, confidential support at any time of day.
Let’s continue to stand together in supporting one another and raising awareness about these resources. don’t hesitate to share these resources with others who might benefit from them.
