On August 5, the Saginaw Chippewa Tribal Council met with a delegation of students and community members from our Sister City in Okaya, Japan. The delegation visited the Ziibiwing Center and learned about tribal history and enjoyed sharing their language and culture with our leadership in Council chambers. The delegation also joined several tribal members for lunch at the Sinikaung Steakhouse location inside Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort.
