Seasonal Hunting Notice

• Due to work requirements SCIT Environmental Team members will be operating on Tribal trust lands in Isabella, Saganing, and East Tawas during work hours. This may include the use of motorized equipment for the purpose of clearing trails, forestry evaluations, land management, mowing, etc. Hunting maps are provided in Tribal Land Maps - Hunting & Fishing and printed, physical copies in the Planning department for your reference. Any further updates from the Environmental Teams work will be provided through the announcements or the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe Facebook page.

• From 11am until 3pm, the SCIT Environmental Team members could be working on tribal trust lands open to the public for work purposes. Team members will wear high visual orange and yellow vests to ensure maximum visibility. Please take this into consideration while utilizing Tribal properties throughout the hunting season.
