Patron Dispute Process � $500.00 or above
A patron may file a dispute with the gaming Commission in the event that they feel their complaint/dispute was inappropriately handled by Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort.
The patron must first attempt to resolve this matter through Soaring Eagle Departmental Management by filing a complaint form with a representative from that department. The department will respond to the customer with their decision.
In the event that the customer is still dissatisfied with the decision of Soaring Eagle, they may request an On-Site Compliance Officer to file a disputed winnings report. The Compliance Officer will assist the patron in completing the form and also give the patron a copy.
The Compliance Officer will then turn over all information to the gaming Commission, who will conduct an investigation into the events and make a decision. The patron will then be notified in writing of the outcome of the Commissions’ decision.
