Saginaw Chippewa Tribal Chief Dennis Kequom had the opportunity to speak to a group of Two Percent recipients and guests for the first time since he was elected to his position. Chief Kequom discusses the allocation totals for the Isabella area (a separate distribution takes place in Saganing, near Standish, Michigan, the following day), cites the historic grand total for all two percent distributions to-date, and generally welcomes the audience in the video above.
