Mt. Pleasant, Michigan    The Ziibiwing Center of Anishinabe Culture & Lifeways will host a very special visit from Anishinabe Santa.  His toboggan is scheduled to arrive on the grounds of the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe of Michigan's Ziibiwing Center. You can bring the kids to tell Anishinabe Santa their wish lists and get their picture taken with the "Big Guy" on Saturday, December 13 and Saturday, December 20 from 10am-5pm. He will bring coloring pages for the children and his helpers will provide storytelling. Anishinabe Santa would also like you to know that the Ziibiwing Center is a drop-off site for "Toys for Tots" - you can help the U.S. Marines provide toys for children in need this Christmas.

For a nominal fee, pictures of your little ones can be taken with Anishinabe Santa who will be dressed in American Indian inspired clothing and seated in his Woodland Indian winter wonderland. Not to leave out the adults, Anishinabe Santa has asked the Ziibiwing Center gift shop to offer holiday discounts on select merchandise with free gift wrapping, as well as specialty hot beverages in the Wi-Fi coffee & media lounge.  Call 989-775-4750 for more information or photo pricing details.
