Just a reminder that Nimkee Fitness is teaming up with Tammy House/diabetes team this upcoming new years for our fitness challenge!

If you are interested or have questions regarding this challenge, please contact me via phone or email, or stop into Nimkee Fitness/Nimkee Memorial Wellness Center to get signed up!

If you are interested in signing up, do so ASAP, that way I can create your training program and get you on the right path towards a healthier lifestyle in 2027!

Please join us for our Domestic Violence Awareness Month t-shirt distribution and SHHS informational event on Tuesday, October 27th.

Event Times:
• 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM

Weather permitting, this will be a drive-through event held in the SHHS Nimkee Behavioral Health parking lot. If weather does not allow for an outdoor setup, the event will move to the lobby.

Please note:
• One shirt per person (limited availability on shirts and sizes)
• You must be present to receive a shirt
