Culture, Heritage, and Language
To provide a learning environment
that creates awareness and appreciation
of the unique Anishnaabek culture,
heritage, and language.
University Transfer and General
Education
To provide courses that lead to completion
of our Associate of Arts degrees,
transfer to four-year colleges and
universities, complement career programs,
and enhance personal growth.
Vocational-Technical Education
To provide courses, certificate programs,
and associate degree programs to
enable individuals to enter a career
field or to advance in their careers.
Workplace Skills Training
To provide credit and non-credit
courses, seminars, and workshops
designed to develop specific job
skills desired by the employer
and the individual learner.
Developmental Education
To provide college-preparatory courses
designed to enable students to
achieve college-level competency
in reading, writing, mathematics,
and computer skills.
Community Education
To enrich the lives of the community
members by providing cost-effective
courses, workshops, and other forums
contributing to a life of learning.
Student Support Services
To assist students in reaching their
personal, academic, and career aspirations
