April 23 Leadership Award given to Kenson Taylor

On Monday April 23, special guest SCIT Public Relations Director Frank Cloutier presented our weekly "Eagle Leadership Award" to student Kenson Taylor. Cloutier spoke to the Afterschool youth about the importance of being leaders within our community and encouraged the youth to keep up with their educational pursuits as our Tribe needs them. Kenson has demonstrated his leadership recently by working as a hall monitor for the SCIT Afterschool Program and has been extremely helpful with his fellow students and our staff. His proud mom is Carrie Wemigwans and Kenson was joined at the Eagles Nest ceremony by his sister Kendra.
