Course Description:

• This course covers the intent and scope

of the law.

• Federal support and ongoing inherent

federal responsibility.

• The standards, oversight, and

administration of the model agreement.

• Covers the regulations provided in 25

CFR, Chapter V, Part 900, and how

they support and guide the act.

 

Who Should Attend?

• Tribal staff working with

self-determination agreements.

• Newly-delegated agency representatives.

• Approving officials.

• Awarding officials.

• Agency program staff.

• Or anyone interested in obtaining contracts,

 

grants and cooperative agreements.
