Age 75 years, died Monday, September 28, 2015 at Brookdale Bay City. He was born in Standish on September 12, 1940 to the late Solomon and Mabel (Williams) Isaac. After graduating from Bay City Central High School he served his country in the U. S. Army and was honorably discharged. He was a member of the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe and enjoyed going to the casino, playing cards and puzzles.


He is survived by his caregiver who he considered his daughter, Kathy Kimmel; and her siblings: Leann & Jack Przeslak, Terry Kimmel, Don Fath; their children: Tera and Fred Keller, Drew Kimmel (financee', Marisa Ramirez), Carrie and Tammi Williams, Adam Przeslak; and great-grandchildren. Also surviving is Cecil's half-sister: Kathie (Clare) Kozuch; and many nieces and nephews.


Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his partner of 30 years, Dolores Kimmel; her daughter, Bonnie Fath; her grand-daughter: Deanne Mateos; his infant sister, and two brothers: Junior and Harold Isaac.


The family would like to acknowledge and express a special thank you to the staff of Brookdale Assisted Living and Fresenius Medical Care Dialysis Center in Essexville for their care and assistance given to Cecil. 


Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1:00 pm in the W. A. Trahan Funeral Chapel. Chief Steve Pego will officiate and interment will follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery with military rites under the auspices of the Bay County Veterans Council.
