Construction on Leaton Road closure

In an ongoing effort to keep the community informed, Team Observer is working with SCIT Planning Department and Community Engineer Donald Seal to provide construction updates as they occur.  Prein & Newhof Contractor Bob Ouwinga mentions throughout the weekend (Sept. 11-13) the north section of the Leaton Road project will be closed off completely due to ongoing construction.

“The north crew still plans on having the complete north section closed off, possibly through the weekend as they ready the drains and storm sewer placement.  To further the project along, we are planning on working both crews this Saturday,” Ouwinga informs.  “Tomorrow, one of the crews will be placing the culvert across the south entrance of Aagimaak Street so be aware that sometime early Saturday that area will be closed off completely.”
