12 Alternating Shoulder Touch Planks

8 Tire Overhead Press

 

Strength/Skill

3 sets of:

Burnout of Kneeling Tractor Tire Press (Modify with Tire Overhead Press if needed)

&

5-12 Chin-Ups

 

Metcon

"Don't Get Tired"

12 Tire Jumps on Tractor Tire (20/14)

16 Walking Lunges w/Tire Overhead (Choose tire that will challenge you)

*4 Rounds for Time or 8 Minute Time Cap
