10 Rolling Hamstrings

then

3 sets of:

9 Skaters

6 Kettlebell RDLs

3 Therapy Squats

then

Warm-Up on Front Squat

 

Strength/Skill

3 x 8 of:

Front Squats

 

Metcon

"You Must Fall to Step it Up"

150 Step-Ups (20/16)

EMOM 5 Burpees - for remainder of minute perform step ups

*For Time or 12 Minute Time Cap

- Start Burpees at 1 minute 

-Perform workout in a weighted vest as desired

 

Accessory

3 x 30 seconds

Pigeon Stretch
