Notice: Gaming License Renewals/Pickup - Tag Expirations

All approved Gaming Licenses to be picked up are in the Compliance Office  - we are ext 55212 if you want to call in advance, however, you do not need to since we are fully staffed.
 
Any Associate whose Gaming License or Sticker Expires on or Before 2/5/19, Compliance can extend your tag expiration and receive your renewal paperwork, if you are renewing please make sure to bring your Driver’s License.  If  someone needs to renew and has had a name change they need to also bring in their new Social Security Card.
