20 Second Wrist Stretch - 2 Ways

2-3 Warm-up Sets on Front Squats

 

Strength/Skill

4 x 8 of:

Front Squats

*Start Light and Peak on 4th Set

 

Metcon

"New Year Leg Awakening"

2 Rounds of:

1 Minute - Wall Balls (20/12)

2 Minutes - Step Ups w/Med Ball (20/12 - 20")

3 Minutes - Bike (Resistance 10)

then

3 Minutes Rest

*Score Total Reps (Carry Decimal on Distance on Bike, then divide distance by 2, round up)
