10 Shuffles to cone w/Med Ball (20/12) - Cone is 16 ft apart - shuffle to one cone is 1 rep

1 Plate Overhead Carry (45/35) - Distance is approximently 115 ft

10 W overhead press w/Jump Rope Anchored

&

5 Side Plank Rotations hold 5 seconds each side
