Language Bingo takes place Thursday, November 1st from 1 pm – 3 pm at Andahwod.

 

The Saginaw Chippewa/Isabella County FAN Support Group will be held Thursday, November 1st from 7 pm – 8:30 pm in the Tribal Operations Seniors Room.

 

Tribal Child Welfare Affidavits are due Friday, November 2nd by 5 pm. Tribal Clerk’s Office will remain open on Friday, November 2nd from 8 am – 5 pm.  (Post-dated forms, mail or faxes will not be accepted).

 

Saganing Spirit Feast will take place Friday, November 2nd from 6 pm – 8 pm.

 

Saganing Blood Drive will be held Monday, November 5th from 8 am – 5 pm.

 

Quill Workshop takes place Monday, November 5th through Wednesday, November 7th from 5 pm – 8 pm at 7th Generation.

 

Detroit Pistons ticket sales begin Wednesday, November 7th at 7:45 am in the Tribal Operations lobby. Two ticket limit per each Tribal ID. For more information please call Recreation at (989) 775-4149.

 

Youth Council will meet on Wednesday, November 7th & Wednesday, November 21st from 5 pm – 6 pm in the Recreation Teen Lounge.

 

Stroke Awareness Class takes place in Saganing on Thursday, November 8th from 12 pm – 1 pm.

 

Andahwod Fried Fish Buffet takes place Friday, November 9th from 4:30 pm – 6 pm.

 

Ziibiwing Collection Showing will be held Saturday, November 10th through Saturday, November 17th from 10 am – 6 pm.

 

Tribal Operations and Related Offices will be CLOSED on Monday, November 12th in Observance of the Veterans Day Holiday.

 

Snow Shoe Workshop takes place Monday, November 12th through Friday, November 16th at 7th Generation from 5 pm – 7 pm.

 

Baby Prom will be held at 7th Generation Tuesday, November 13th from 5:30 pm – 8 pm.

 

SCIT Tribal Member Elders from all districts can enjoy Elder’s Breakfast at Andahwod on Wednesday, November 14th & Wednesday, November 28th from 9 am to 10 am.

 

ACFS Hunters Breakfast Fundraiser will be held Thursday, November 15th from 8:30 am – 11 am in the Tribal Kitchen.

 

The Saginaw Chippewa/Isabella County FAN Board Meeting will be held Thursday, November 15th from 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm at the Ziibiwing Cultural Center.

 

Indigenous Peoples Artistic Merit Awards will be held at Ziibiwing Thursday, November 15th from 6 pm – 8 pm.

 

The Saginaw Chippewa/Isabella County FAN Monthly Forum will be held Thursday, November 15th from 7 pm – 8:30 pm at the Ziibiwing Cultural Center.

 

Puzzle Night for Youth and Elders will take place at Andahwod Thursday, November 15th & Tuesday, November 20th from 6 pm – 8 pm.

 

Anishinaabemowin & Sacred Fire Lunch will take place at 7th Generation on Thursday, November 15th & Thursday, November 29th from 12 pm – 1 pm.

Struggling or need support?  Residential Treatment Center – Behavioral Health offers drop-in relapse prevention groups on Mondays from 5:30 pm to 7 pm and Fridays from 11:30 am to 1 pm.

 

Tobacco Ceremony and Eagle Wing Smudging takes place every Tuesday in the Behavioral Health Lodge from 8 am – 12 pm.

 

Anishinabe Ogitchedaw Veterans Society meets the first Tuesday of the month in the Seniors Room of Tribal Operations from 6 pm to 8:30 pm.

 

Narcotics Anonymous takes place every Tuesday in the Behavioral Health Lodge from 6 pm – 8 pm.

Enjoy Open Gym on Wednesdays at the Tribal Gym from 3 pm – 5 pm for youth ages 7 to 11 and 5 pm – 7 pm for ages 12 to 15.

 

The 7th Generation Talking Circle takes place on Thursdays from 3 pm to 5 pm at the Elijah Elk building on the corner of Remus and Shepherd Rds.

Community Sewing Nights take place at 7th Generation every Thursday from 5 pm – 8 pm.

Active Parenting Now Classes are held on Fridays at Anishnaabeg Child and Family Services from 10:30 am – 12 pm.

 

The Tribal Clerk’s Office is closed every Friday for walk in/desk services for Administrative Office Day.
