*Sandbag Fun at the Fit Park*

10 Sandbag Burpees

20 Push-ups on Sandbag

Sandbag throw over army walls - down and back both walls

Carry Sandbag Up & Over Angled Wall

Single Arm Drag to Cone - then switch arms on the way back

- Return the same way you came

*2x down & back - finish with burpees and push-ups
