3 -5 Dive Push-ups

8 Flys on Suspension

8 Angels on Suspension

 

Strength/Skill

4 x 8 of:

Dumbbell Incline Bench Press

Superset w/

3 x 10 of:

Dumbbell Empty Can V-Raises on a Slight Incline Bench

 

Metcon

20 Burpees

then

2 Minute Rest

*4 Rounds for Time (on a running clock)

- Yes...that's 80 Burpees :)

 

Accessory

3 sets of:

8 Dumbbell Zottman Curls

w/

1 Kettlebell Suitcase Carry Each Side
