Strength/Skill

Prepare your mind for the Metcon

Nimkee Style Chipper

6 Tire Flips for 6 rounds

26 Bear Crawls down and back to a 6 meter cone

71 Cone touch shuttle runs to a 19 meter cone

47 Burpees w/ a Twist

(Workout begins with Tire Flips, and you must do tire flips everytime you switch exercises)
