400 Meter Sand Bag Incline walk @ 8 grade (60/30)

then

4 rounds of:

10 Sand Bag Step Ups (60/30, 20/18)

10 Med Ball Ground Over Shoulder (50/35)

then

400 Meter Run

EMOM of:

10 Plate Twist
