Warm-up

1 set of Dynamics:

Butt Kicks

Knee Pulls

Hacky Sack

Walking Lunge Hip Flexor

Inch Worm

2 sets of:

8 Squat Jumps on Suspensions

10 Med Ball Toss

12 Skaters

15 Toe Taps on Box

 

Strength/Skill

3 x 12 of:

Kettlebell Deadlift with Band around waist

 

Metcon

EMOM 5 Box Jumps (24/16) 

and then perform AMRAP of Hang Cleans (95/53) for the remainder of the minute

Go until you get 55 Hang Cleans

*5 minute rest

then

Do the workout vise versa with Hang Cleans for EMOM and obtain 55 Box Jumps

Accessory

EMOM of: 

10 X-Cruches

&

15 Second Plank
