8 Reverse Lunges w/Kettlebell in Goblet

4 Goblet Squats w/Kettlebell

*4 rounds (8 minutes)

 

Metcon

EMOM - 10 Toe Taps

then get AMRAP of Med Ball Slams (35/25)

until you get 100 Med Ball Slams
