1 Walking Quad Stretch

10 Windmills

5 Squat Therapy Reps

20 Line Jumps

5 Inch Worms

 

Strength/Skill

Cleans - work on bar paths

then

Work up to 70% to 80% of 1RM

 

Metcon

Open Announcement 18.2 & 18.2A!!

On a 12 minute clock perform an ascending ladder of 1, 2, 3...10 of

Squats w/Dumbbell on Shoulders (50, 35 / 35, 20)

&

Bar over Burpees

then w/ remaining time complete a 1 RM Clean (18.2A)
