20 sec fly stretch on suspension

10 Band Reverse Flys

 

Strength/Skill

Dumbbell Floor Press

Superset w/

Dumbbell Bent Over Row

 

Metcon

5 rounds of a 2 minute clock

Each Round Perform Hand Release Push-ups with Descending Reps each round  15, 14, 13, 12, 11

&

AMRAP Meters on Rower for Remaining of the 2 minutes

&

12 Knee to Chest on Box
