10 Pass Throughs

20 Punches on Surge

 

Strength/Skill

4 sets of 6 - 10 Reps

Bench Press

*Rest as needed

 

Metcon

Advance -

40 Air Squats

10 Shuffle 10 ft to a Burpee

*4 rounds for time

Beginner -

15 Air Squats

5 Shuffle 10 ft to a Burpee

*3 rounds for time

 

Accessory

3 sets of:

10 Cable Rope Face-Pulls

&

10 Cable Rope Pressdowns
