Fun things that will be happening:

•             Rasperry, bluebery, blackberry bush giveaway
•             Chance to win Feast Plate bundle (very nice!) & teachings on the bundle
•             Anishinaabemowin place setting giveaway, with Isabelle from ALRD
•             Design own Earth Day T-shirt with the S.T.E.M. Club from SCTC
•             Make your very own all natural air freshener
•             Copper cups & bowls available for purchase, so you can minimize your carbon footprint
•             Reusable water bottle giveaway, courtesty of the Planning Department

On the menu:

•             Mahnoomin Nboop (wild rice soup)
•             Rolls
•             Salad

• First 30 participants will receive a sapling, with instructions on how to plant in your own yard.
• Everyone who attends will receive a chance to win a feast plate bundle (wooden plate, bowl, and copper cup in feast bag.)
• A feast bundle teaching will be offered.
• Environmentally friendly activities with the SCTC S.T.E.M. Club.
• Lunch will be provided.
• Free reusable water bottle to the first 30 participants, courtesy of the Planning Department.
• Free Anishinaabemowin place mats for all attendees.
