**Tribal Operations and related offices will be closed Monday, December 26^th through Friday, December 30^th. 

Anishinaabemowin Family Christmas Bingo will be held Monday, December 5^th from 5:30 pm – 7 pm at 7^th Generation.

Traditional Teachings in Saganing will take place on Wednesday, December 7^th from 11 am to 1 pm at the Tribal Center.

Medicine Wheel Teaching will take place Wednesday, December 7^th from 5 p – 8p at 7^th Generation.

Youth Council will meet on Wednesday, December 7^th & Wednesday, December 21^st from 5 pm – 6 pm in the Old Council Conference Room.

Public Meeting: EPA Brownfield Cleanup Grant will take place at the Saganing Tribal Center Thursday, December 8^th from 4 pm – 6 pm.

7th Generation Winter Feast will be held Thursday, December 8^th from 5:30 pm – 8 pm.

Jake & Mary Pine, Traditional Healers, will be at 7^th Generation on Thursday, December 8^th & Friday, December 9^th. Please call (989) 775-4787 to make an appointment. 

The Reason for the Season event takes place in the Eagle’s Nest Tribal Gym Friday, December 9^th 5 pm – 9 pm.

Frybread Workshop will be held at 7^th Generation on Monday, December 12^th from 5:30 pm – 8 pm.

Star Wars Comic-Con will be held at the Tribal College East Building Tuesday, December 13^th from  3 pm – 6 pm.

Anishinabe Performance Circle Graduation will be held at the Andahwod Tuesday, December 13^th  from 6 pm – 8 pm (new location).

Tribal Observer December issue deadline is Tuesday, December 13^th at 5 pm. 

SCA Winter Program will be held Wednesday, December 14^th from 6 pm – 8 pm at Soaring Eagle Entertainment Hall.

All SCIT Tribal Member Elders from all districts can enjoy Elder’s Breakfast on Wednesday, December 14^th at Andahwod from 9 am to 10 am.

Anishinaabemowin Sacred Fire Lunch will be held Thursday, December 15^th from 12 pm – 1 pm at 7^th Generation Ceremonial Building.

A Financial Workshop will take place on Thursday,  December 15^th at the Housing Conference Room starting at noon with lunch. 

Community Cultural Teaching at Ziibiwing Saturday, December 17^th 1pm – 4 pm.

Gift Wrapping by Youth Council will take place at Andahwod on Sunday, December 18^th 1 pm – 4 pm.

Christmas Family Bingo will be held on Monday, December 19^th from 5 pm – 9 pm.

Elder’s New Year’s Eve Celebration Saturday, December 31^st 5 pm – 7 pm.

Women’s Traditions is held at Behavioral Health on Mondays from 5 pm to 6:30 pm.

Euchre Mondays take place at Andahwod 6 pm.

Struggling or need support?  Residential Treatment Center – Behavioral Health is now offering drop-in relapse prevention groups twice a week.  Mondays  -  5:30  pm to 7 pm  and  Fridays  - 11:30  am  to 1 pm.

Active Parenting Now Classes are held every Tuesday at Anishnaabeg Child and Family Services.

Anishinaabe Ogitchedaw Veterans Society meets the first Tuesday of the month in the Seniors Room of Tribal Operations from 6 pm to 8:30 pm.

Jewelry with Kay at Andahwod takes place the first Tuesday of month from 1 pm – 3 pm.

Open Crafts with Elisa at Andahwod every Tuesday at 5 pm.

Anishinaabemowin Learning is held every Tuesday and Thursday 6 pm – 7 pm at the ALRD building.

Keyboarding and Learnkey is held on Tuesdays from 2 pm to 4 pm and on Fridays from 10 am to Noon at the IT

department. 

Lunch Bunch Anishinaabemowin is held on Wednesdays from 12 noon – 1 pm at the ALRD building.

Enjoy Open Gym on Wednesdays at the Tribal Gym from 6 pm to 9 pm.

The 7th Generation Talking Circle takes place on Thursdays  from 3 pm to 5 pm at the Elijah Elk building on the corner of Remus and Shepherd Rds.

Auricular (Ear) Acupuncture takes place every Thursday from 4 pm – 6 pm at Behavioral Health on Shepherd Road.

Lacrosse practice takes place every Thursday at the Tribal Gym from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

Beading & Craft Classes are held every Thursday  from  5:30 pm – 8:30 pm at Behavioral Health (new location).

The Tribal Clerk’s Office is closed every Friday for walk in/desk services for Administrative Office Day.

Free septic & well inspections for Tribal Members who live in Indian Health Service area.  Please call (989) 775-4014 to schedule an appointment.
