Gerard Sagassige is a member of the Curve Lake First Nation. He has been a teacher of the language, the culture and the spirit of the Anishinaabek in workshops and camps for over 30 years. He was one of three presenters here at Ziibiwing in September for the Anishinaabemowin Symposium event put on by the SCIT Anishinaabe Language Revitalization Department. We are pleased to have him teach at Ziibiwing and at Seventh Generation.
